John Dowland was a Renaissance composer and lutenist.
He served courts of Denmark and England and composed many songs for lute or accompanied by lute.
It was rare at that time not to write church music. He often wrote about love and sorrow. Especially his Second Booke of Songs for Lute "Flow my teares fall from your springs" became very popular in Europe. It's arranged by many composers as homage to Dowland.

1. Come, Heavy Sleep
2. Lord Strang's March
3. Flow, My tears
4. Mistress Winter's Jump
5. Mrs. White's Nothing
6. Lady Leighton's Almain
7. Mistress Nichols Almand

This can be played as a chamber ensemble or increased to band with percussion. It can be played with as few as five winds. Adding 1st percussion gives Renaissance effect to the performance.
Depending on time allowance, you can combine different movements freely and the order of movements does not matter (including when songs are attacca). For example, begin with "2. Lord Strang's March" grandly and proceed to playful "4. Mistress Winter's Jump" and a slow "1.Come, Heavy Sleep" adagio. Accelerate to climax with "7. Mistress Nichols Almand." It can be freely customized for the needs of each group.
