Unstable slow-fast episodes weave C-H-E motifs into a tense clarinet vision.
"Delusion-b" is a rewrite of "Delusion" for clarinet and piano rescored in 2009 to a clarinet ensemble. The song is composed of roughly six parts, "slow, fast, slow, fast, slow, fast", and the "fast" parts proceed such that note density increases. In addition, the sound sequences C, H (or B), E (or Es) are dropped everywhere as motifs, giving cohesion to this somewhat emotionally unstable work.
