Summer Night Phantasm Ballad No.3 was composed in 2025 for Bravo Music. It is the third piece in the Ballad for Wind Orchestra series, following Poem of Wind and Snow Ballade No. 1 and Spring Thunder's Phoenix Ballad No.2

This work portrays a dreamlike scene filled with anxiety and fear - an eerie and unsettling summer night vision. It expresses, through music, the humid air lingering in the night, and the bizarre, surreal phenomena that occur as consciousness wavers between dream and reality.

In performance, musicians are encouraged to freely imagine the shifting scenes and to share those impressions with one another. Attending closely to changes in tone color and expression will bring out the narrative depth of the piece and enhance the fantastical and dramatic world this piece seeks to evoke.
