"Yuuki 100%" was the popular theme song of the anime series Nintama Rantarou. At the time, I was a student. Every evening, hearing "Yuuki 100%" on TV was just a part of my daily routine. The cheerful and amusing antics of the ninja trainees gave me the energy to face the next day. Even after more than 30 years, the theme song remains unchanged and is likely a nostalgic tune cherished by several generations.
As a child, I listened to this song daily without much thought. However, as an adult, I’ve taken the time to truly listen to the melody and read the lyrics carefully. This reflection has allowed me to appreciate the depth and charm of the song and its lyrics even more.
In these challenging times, where the news isn't always uplifting, I poured my hopes into this arrangement, wishing to share the joy of performing a song that inspires optimism for tomorrow. I wanted an arrangement that evokes a sense of excitement and hope.
